⚔️ Chiton II – Reinforced and Refined

Inspired by the protective tunics worn beneath the armor of ancient Greek warriors, the Chiton Series is built with the same philosophy: a foundation of strength, craftsmanship, and quiet resilience. Whether you're facing a day in the shop, on the range, or in the world, this belt is designed to be your everyday armor.

Each Chiton II belt is crafted from 8–10 oz. American-tanned, oak veg-tanned leather from Wickett & Craig—cut to your specifications, hand-dyed, and finished with careful attention to detail. The edges are hand-rounded and sealed, providing both comfort and a refined profile.

We use solid brass or steel buckles, sourced locally, and secure them with solid brass Chicago screws, allowing for easy buckle changes without compromising integrity.

What sets the Chiton II apart from the Chiton I is the hand-stitched billet end—crafted using the traditional English saddle stitch, done entirely by hand with waxed, braided thread from Julius Koch of Denmark. The stitch line is recessed on the belt's interior, protecting it from wear and ensuring a smooth, comfortable fit against the body.

Oval holes further enhance comfort and longevity, reducing stretch over time.

Buckles can be ordered in Brass or Steel and the color of the stitching can be had in Red, Forest Green, Black, Tan, Creme, Blaze Orange, Colonial Brown, Cigar Brown, Dark Brown, Pink and Gray (Colonial Tan is shown and is standard).
