Custom Sheath Order Form
Please fill out the form below to discuss a custom sheath to fit your needs.
When you are completing these forms please include the following information:
Knife model
Type of sheath (e.g. foldover, pancake, crosscarry with wings, pocket sheath etc.)
Add ons desired (airbrush dye, two tone dye, border tooling, full tooling, inlay)
Leather color
Any additions desired

The process
Step One: I recieve the form and get back to you - together we desig the sheath you desire.
Step Two: I quote a price for you and we agree on a time frame.
Step Three: You mail the knife to me (please add the insurance you desire)
Step Four: I complete the sheath in the time aloted and give you a total for sheath and shipping with insurance desired.
Sheaths begin at $100 (avg $150) with two weeks being normal completion time once blade and materials are on hand.
