The medicine pouch is designed to be worn around the neck.  It is designed to carry whatever you want to hold close to you.  Many Natives use the word - "Medicine" (Aredni in the Huron language) - as something that holds some sort of spiritual power.   For the pragmatic it is designed to hold tightly shut and always on your person, for things such as tinder, flint and steel, or other possibles you always want to hand.  

This pouch is hand made out of high quality buckskin and triple tacked at the seams
