Both are turned from end-grain cedar taken (with permission) from a fallen tree in Colonial Williamsburg, then fully stabilized to preserve the wood’s warm color and striking pattern. It’s a small relic transformed into something beautifully useful — a pair of writing tools that bridge past and present every time they’re picked up.

Each piece is fitted with elegant copper hardware, giving the set a warm, heritage feel that complements the cedar’s natural tones. And because every blank is shaped by hand at the lathe, sanded through the grits, and polished to a soft glow, no two sets will ever be alike.
